We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mutual Fund Operations Executive to manage mutual fund transactions, support insurance and fixed-income operations, and ensure the timely and accurate execution of client requests.

This role involves close coordination with clients, relationship managers, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), insurance providers, and other financial service partners. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mutual fund operations, excellent follow-up skills, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Mutual Fund Operations

Process and track mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations, through NSE NMF and other MF platforms.

Coordinate with AMCs and service partners to ensure timely transaction processing.

Manage SIP closures, pending requests, KYC, mandate registrations, ACH requirements, and client documentation.

Handle non-routine transactions such as transmission, minor-to-major status changes, tax-status changes, broker changes, and unit transfers.





Maintain accurate client records in Zoho CRM and Investwell Mint.

Reconcile transaction records, update MIS reports, and prepare client-wise operational reports.

Communicate with clients through email, telephone, and WhatsApp to provide updates and resolve operational queries.

Insurance & Fixed-Income Operations

Support insurance policy processing, renewals, maturity requirements, and client documentation.

Coordinate with insurance providers, including LIC, ICICI Prudential Life, and HDFC Life.

Assist with fixed deposits, eligible bonds, REC products, and related onboarding processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate operational requirements for PMS, AIF, SIF, and GIFT City offerings.

Generate and maintain brokerage invoices for applicable PMS and AIF transactions.

Support routine office administration, petty-cash records, stationery management, and client-service activities.
