We’re Hiring: Amazon & E-commerce Operations Executive
The Heat Studios is looking for a hands-on Amazon & E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow Amazon operations across multiple brands and projects.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working directly inside Amazon Seller Central and taking ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations.

Type: Full time
Location: Remote
Experience: 1.5–3 years preferred
Compensation: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple brands
• Create, update and optimise product listings, including titles, bullets, keywords and A+ Content
• Monitor inventory, FBA/FBM operations, orders, returns and account health
• Manage and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns
• Track sales, traffic, conversion, ACOS/ROAS and other relevant performance metrics
• Identify sudden sales drops or performance issues and investigate possible causes




• Handle Seller Support cases and follow up until resolution
• Manage pricing, offers, promotions and catalogue-related issues
• Monitor settlements and support basic marketplace reconciliation
• Conduct competitor, pricing, keyword and category research
• Research potential new products and marketplace opportunities
• Prepare regular performance updates and highlight important issues proactively
• Support launches of new products and brands on Amazon

What We’re Looking For• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Working knowledge of Amazon Ads
• Understanding of listings, keywords, A+ Content and catalogue management
• Familiarity with FBA/FBM, Account Health, orders and returns
• Comfortable working with numbers and marketplace reports
• Ability to identify problems independently instead of waiting for instructions
• Strong follow-up and execution skills
• Willingness to continuously learn Amazon and e-commerce trends
