As we expand across marketplaces and international markets, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to help manage and scale our online business.

Key Responsibilities• Marketplace Management: Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon India, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Listing Management: Create, optimize, and update product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and product attributes.
• Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, revenue, conversion rates, traffic, and SKU-level performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Inventory Management: Track stock availability, coordinate replenishment, and ensure products remain in stock across marketplaces.
• Advertising Coordination:



Assist in managing marketplace advertising campaigns, monitor ACOS, ROAS, and advertising spend, and coordinate with the marketing team to improve performance.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Execute marketplace promotions, coupons, deals, and major sale events such as the Great Indian Festival.
• Account Health & Compliance: Monitor account health, resolve listing issues, manage cases with marketplace support, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate performance trackers.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with the marketing, inventory, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
• Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, rankings, conversion rates, and overall marketplace sales.
