Role Description The Cluster Head – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing sales performance and growth within assigned territories or centers. The role involves managing and mentoring sales teams, setting and tracking targets, driving student enrollments,



and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies aligned with YuviPep’s mission and brand. Day-to-day activities include planning and conducting outreach initiatives, building strong relationships with parents, schools, and local partners, monitoring sales funnels, and providing regular performance reports to leadership. The Cluster Head – Sales will collaborate closely with operations and academic teams to ensure excellent customer experience, address escalations, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and market penetration.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, team management, and territory or cluster handling in education, edtech, or a related sector.
• Solid skills in pipeline management, target setting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and community
