Role Description The Customer Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India, responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests and customers across Sterling’s hospitality operations. In this role, the associate will respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person,



provide information about resort services and amenities, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Daily tasks include handling check-in and check-out queries, coordinating with internal departments to address guest requests, and documenting interactions in line with company standards. The role also involves promoting guest feedback, maintaining professional communication and phone etiquette, and supporting continuous improvements in customer experience. The associate will work closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams to uphold Sterling’s service excellence and brand values.
