• Key Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining CNC and VMC machines
• Strong troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of service engineers
• Valuable communication skills and a customer-focused approach
•
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the service team for CNC and VMC machines.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests.
• Plan preventive maintenance and service schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, and principals on technical matters.
•
• CTC - upto 16 lac per annum
