About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist who can independently take ownership of AeriQ’s accounting, financial operations, compliance and reporting.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder, with opportunities to contribute to financial planning and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting: Manage daily accounting, invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial closing.
• Taxation: Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance and coordination with external CAs.
• Receivables & Payables: Manage distributor outstanding, vendor payments, collections and working capital.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow reports, MIS and budgets.
• E-commerce Accounting: Reconcile Shopify, Amazon,



payment gateways and distributor transactions.
• Financial Planning: Support forecasting, profitability analysis, business models, investor pitch decks and fundraising documentation.
• Payroll & Controls: Manage payroll, maintain financial records and establish reliable accounting processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Ability to independently manage financial operations and take ownership.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning or investor presentations is an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG or distribution-led businesses is preferred.
