Role Description The Deputy Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Saharanpur. The Deputy Manager will support branch operations, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring loan portfolios and customer accounts, managing cash and documentation, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The role involves collaborating with senior management to achieve sales and collection targets, preparing periodic reports,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial services operations, including lending processes, collections, and branch management.
• Experience in customer relationship management and the ability to address customer needs professionally.
• Proficiency in basic financial analysis, reporting, and use of standard office and banking software.
• Effective leadership, team supervision, and people management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in an NBFC, bank, or related financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Saharanpur, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets ethically and consistently.
