• Experience in powertrain components, Systems & Sub Systems (Transmission or Driveline or Engine)
• Familiar with the VSA concepts and key factors to apply and determine the 3D variations of the components subjected to clearance and Assembly studies
• strong hands-on Experience in VSA (Variation Simulation Analysis) Studies for Powertrain System and sub systems using TCe, CATIA, Vismockup, 3DX and 3DCS tools
• Valuable working knowledge on 2D Tolerance Stack up Analysis & GDT
• Proven ability in Component and Assembly drawing reading
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
• Perform VSA analysis/ assembly feasibility study based on engineering requirements for Driveshaft Seal Design Rules, Engine, transmission & Electric drive interface using CATIA, TCe, Vismockup, 3DX and 3DCS
• Work closely with Engineers to understand the requirements and support as needed with the VSA Studies throughout the entire Product life cycle
