About the role

We're hiring a hands-on demand generation marketer to build pipeline for our sales team. You'll plan and run campaigns across email, webinars, SEO and paid ads on LinkedIn and Google. You'll write the messaging and landing pages that turn interest into sales conversations, and use data to decide where the next dollar of budget should go.

What you'll do

• Plan and run multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, content distribution, SEO, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, from brief through launch and optimisation.
• Write campaign copy yourself: ads, emails, landing pages and webinar invites. You'll turn CloudNuro's value proposition into messaging that lands with IT and finance buyers.
• Build and update landing pages in Webflow, and run A/B tests on pages, emails and creative to improve conversion.
• Run webinars and virtual events end to end, covering topic selection, promotion, registration and follow-up nurture.
• Build nurture flows and maintain lead scoring with the sales team, so MQLs reach our BDRs quickly and with the right context.




• Own SEO basics, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content briefs.
• Report on traffic, conversions, MQLs, cost-per-lead and pipeline influenced, and turn those numbers into transparent recommendations.
• Work closely with sales, product and design on ICP, messaging and campaign priorities.

What you'll bring

Must have

• 4+ years in demand generation, growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Campaigns you personally owned, with results you can talk through: MQLs generated, cost-per-lead and conversion rates.
• Strong writing skills. You'll write most of your own campaign copy.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and GA4, including UTMs and conversion tracking.
• Comfort working with data and building simple performance reports.
