Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Generation role based in the Pune Division. The Appointment Generation specialist will focus on identifying and qualifying prospects,



initiating contact via phone, email, and digital channels, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities include researching target accounts, engaging decision-makers, presenting value propositions aligned with demand generation solutions, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions in CRM and tracking tools. The role also involves meeting daily and weekly outreach and appointment targets, collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and campaigns, and providing feedback on lead quality and market responses. The individual in this position will contribute directly to pipeline growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified appointments with relevant stakeholders.
