As the organisation looks to embed AI deeper into its products and platforms, it's looking for a technology leader who can turn that ambition into reality.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Shape the AI architecture: Design scalable enterprise architectures for agentic applications and production-grade AI solutions.
• Drive AI-led transformation: Modernise existing applications and core platforms, moving towards AI-native products and engineering practices.
• Take AI from concept to production: Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to identify high-impact use cases and deliver them at scale.
• Lead AI engineering: Own central AI engineering teams and establish the frameworks, standards and practices needed to scale AI across the organisation.
• Build the right data foundations: Develop the data, domain,



agent and personalisation layers that power differentiated AI capabilities, including secure MCP-based access.
• Measure what matters: Define AI performance metrics and continuously improve the quality, effectiveness and impact of AI solutions.
• Build and mentor global teams: Develop strong technical talent, foster collaboration across geographies and create a culture of engineering excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong technical expertise in AI architecture, AI engineering and enterprise-scale software systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML, GenAI or agentic applications.
• Experience designing enterprise AI architectures and evolving existing platforms towards AI-native systems.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and the ability to engage directly in architectural and technical decisions.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture, data capabilities and secure MCP-bas
