Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid media (such as search, social, and display), monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to maximize ROI. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales,



and content teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, test new growth initiatives, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting on key metrics, and staying current on performance marketing best practices and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with experience managing campaigns end to end.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, spreadsheets) and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience in campaign planning, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and managing marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets.
