Job Description: SAP CCM
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead / Senior Consultant with 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise across Application Maintenance (AM) support and Application Development (AD)/enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess deep specialization in SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM)—including rebate processing, accruals, and settlement logic—backed by robust knowledge of SAP SD and Pricing.
In this role, you will lead complex enhancements, drive continuous process improvements, and provide robust L2/L3 production support in an S/4HANA enterprise workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Enhancements & Application Development (AD)
• Process Enhancement & Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of CCM enhancements, including new condition contract types, specialized settlement logic, and custom rebate models tailored to evolving business requirements.
• Functional Specifications: Gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) for custom RICEF objects.
• System Configuration:
Configure condition contract types, pricing conditions, settlement parameters, and cross-module integration points.
• Development & Testing: Partner closely with technical (ABAP) teams through development, unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure defect-free production releases.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within CCM and pricing operational workflows.
Application Maintenance & Production Support (AM)
• L2/L3 Incident Management: Deliver high-quality L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA CCM operations, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and minimal business disruption.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex issues related to rebate processing, settlement runs, accrual postings, and pricing discrepancies.
