We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our global customer base and grow our export business.

Position Overview
This is an inside sales role focused on international lead generation, telecalling, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion. The candidate will connect with overseas importers, distributors, and buyers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Robust communication skills, consistent follow-up, and hands-on proficiency in CRM systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Lead Generation
- Research export markets and identify potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.




- Generate leads through market research, LinkedIn, trade directories, and digital outreach.
- Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, and email outreach to introduce our biscuit and confectionery portfolio.
- Qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and develop them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) by assessing customer fit, requirements, buying interest, and timelines.
- Engage SQLs through calls and online meetings to move opportunities towards quotations, negotiations, and orders.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries, product samples, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Work towards agreed calling, lead generation, qualification, and sales targets.

Customer Relationships & Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing international customers through regular remote communication.
