Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.



The Field Sales Executive will identify and visit prospective SME clients, present iTech Ecommerce’s solutions integrated with Alibaba.com, and demonstrate how these offerings can support business growth. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Field Sales Executive will build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, provide post-sales support in coordination with internal teams, and participate in local events or activities that promote iTech Ecommerce’s services. The position requires regular field travel within the assigned territory and close collaboration with sales leadership to meet and exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets.
