• Lead credit appraisal and underwriting for SME Loan Against Property (LAP) cases at the branch level
• Analyze borrower financials, cash flows, banking behaviour, and repayment capacity
• Assess property-related risks in coordination with technical and legal teams
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and present credit proposals to approving authorities with explicit risk assessment
• Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing and disbursal
• Monitor portfolio quality and identify early warning signals to control delinquencies
• Support audits, MIS reporting, and compliance requirements at the branch level
