About the RoleDev Infomatrix is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying potential clients, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our software development and digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and an interest in business development.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other professional platforms.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote website development, mobile application development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare suitable proposals.
• Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.




• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales activity reports.
• Work towards mutually agreed business development targets.

Skills Required• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers and build professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, and client handling.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivation, time management, and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of website development or digital marketing services is an advantage.
