Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C and e-commerce brands.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, including ad spend, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions, and flag performance anomalies.
• Support budget allocation, bid optimization, and campaign scaling to achieve business objectives.
• Draft, test, and optimize ad copy and creatives for different audiences and campaign objectives.
• Track and report key campaign metrics to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Research audience segments, competitors,



market trends, and advertising strategies within the D2C and e-commerce space.
• Assist with campaign tracking and conversion measurement using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), AOV (Average Order Value), conversion rate, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, reduce acquisition costs, and increase revenue for D2C and e-commerce brands.
• Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive profitable growth.

Requirements
• 6 months–1 year of experience in digital marketing or media buying; freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with key performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rate.
