Role: Healthcare Product Manager
Location: Pan India
Experience: 5+ Years
Immediate Joiners Only

Primary Responsibilities:
• Take the lead of Scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Represent a single voice on behalf of the end user for the demand coming into the team
• Provide vision and direction to Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Translate the business problem into Requirements/User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Assess value, develop use Cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value to meet business need and are aligned with project scope
• Work in concert with the Technical Capability Management and Governance Team to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and release planning
• Facilitate backlog management and iteration planning
• Partner with Scrum Master in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint Goals
• Ensure cross-team collaboration with Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer and other Product Owners on scaled Agile efforts




• Coordinate scheduling of all Scrum related Ceremonies (refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
• Support Release Management in facilitating provision of SOX compliant deliverables
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and current trends
• Work with business and technology partners to drive size estimates for incoming features

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years working experience as a Product Owner
• Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science, Computer Information System, Engineering or similar relevant field
• Health Care experience
• AS400/RXCLAIM experience or experience working in simil
