ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for someone to build and own the finance function at Fundamento. This isn't just a reporting role- you'll work closely with the founders and leadership team on financial planning, business decisions, investor management and the financial operations that keep the company running.
A key part of the role will be understanding our cost of serving customers,



building reliable unit economics and helping us make better decisions on pricing, margins and growth. You'll also get hands-on exposure to fundraising, investor relations and strategic corporate transactions as the business evolves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business & Strategic Finance
• Partner with the founders on financial planning, capital allocation, growth priorities and key business decisions.
• Own financial models, cash flow projections, burn and runway planning, and build visibility into the company's financial health.
• Translate business performance into actionable insights, helping leadership make informed decisions on growth, margins and resource allocation.

2. Unit Economics & Commercial Strategy
• Build a deep understanding of the economics of our AI voice agents, from telecom and dialer costs to LLM infrastructure and cost-to-serve.
