The Role
We are looking for a culturally plugged-in Social Media Manager with deep experience in fashion and lifestyle brands, strong creative instincts, and exceptional copywriting skills. The candidate will own social media strategy and execution, develop compelling social-first campaigns, manage influencer partnerships, and use data to continuously improve content performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Strategy: Own social media strategy, content calendars, platform presence, and community growth across our fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Campaign Development: Conceptualise distinctive, trend-led social campaigns, content IPs, and always-on formats that strengthen brand relevance and engagement.
• Influencer Marketing: Manage end-to-end creator collaborations, from identification and briefing to execution, approvals, and performance evaluation.
• Content & Copywriting: Write compelling captions, campaign narratives, headlines, scripts, and creator briefs while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Analytics & Optimisation: Work hands-on with Meta Business Suite,



Meta Ads Manager, and social analytics dashboards to identify insights and improve content performance.
• Cross-functional Execution: Partner with creative, design, video, marketing, and external agency teams to deliver high-quality content on time.

Non-negotiable Requirements
• 7years+ of relevant social media experience, with a strong digital, creative, or integrated agency background.
• Proven experience managing social media for fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or youth-focused consumer brands.
• Strong campaign ideation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating original concepts and successful social-first executions.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer and creator collaborations end-to-end.
• Working proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and performance analytics.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with a solid command of English, storytelling, and brand tonality.
