Role purpose

Connexions is seeking an Apple Enterprise Senior Business Development Manager - Pune to build and grow its Apple business across corporate and enterprise customers. The role owns new account acquisition, strategic account development, solution-led device sales, and commercial closure for Mac, iPad, iPhone and related enterprise offerings.

This Senior Business Development Manager will coordinate with pre-sales, operations, financing and service partners to deliver a complete customer solution.

Key responsibilities

• Build a named-account plan and acquire new enterprise customers across IT/ITES, BFSI, GCCs,

manufacturing, education and other target sectors.
• Own end-to-end Apple device sales: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations/POCs,

quotations, negotiation, purchase orders and closure.
• Engage CIOs, IT heads, procurement, finance and business leaders; articulate business outcomes,
• TCO and deployment considerations.
• Develop account plans for fleet refreshes, Mac adoption, iPad workflows, employee-choice and BYOD





programmes where applicable.
• Work with Apple ecosystem stakeholders and internal teams on product availability, configurations,

pricing, fulfilment and escalation.
• Coordinate solution proposals covering Apple Business Manager, MDM, deployment, financing/leasing,

buyback and device protection through authorised partners, as applicable.
• Manage revenue and gross-margin performance, opportunity pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates,

collections coordination and customer handover.
• Conduct executive reviews, grow wallet share and maintain customer satisfaction and long-term

relationships.

Essential qualifications and experience

• 5–10 years in B2B IT hardware, enterprise mobility, Apple enterprise sales or solution selling, with

measurable sales achievement.
• Experience independently developing and closing mid-market or large enterprise opportunities with

multiple stakeholders.
• Robust grasp of Mac, iPa
