We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Specialist to strengthen our digital sales operations, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth through online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills• Experience: Prior sales experience in a digital printing, commercial printing, advertising, or branding organisation is highly preferred.
• Online Sales: Experience handling online enquiries, generating leads, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.
• Printing Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital printing products, printing materials, specifications, and pricing.
• Accounting & Billing: Working knowledge of Tally, invoicing, quotation preparation, and basic sales documentation.
• Customer Relations: Excellent communication, customer handling, follow-up,



and relationship management skills.
• Digital Platforms: Experience with IndiaMART, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email enquiries, and other online sales channels.
• Coordination: Ability to coordinate with production, design, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email communication, and online business tools.
• Sales Orientation: Strong negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to identify current business opportunities.
• Education: Graduate or diploma holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Additional Advantage: Candidates with an existing network in the printing, advertising, packaging, or corporate branding industry will be given preference.
