Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Dhrol, Jayva. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting aluminum profiles at different stages of production, including incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Perform dimensional, visual, and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) checks.
• Check aluminum profiles for surface defects, finishing quality, and dimensional accuracy.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records.




• Identify and report quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and inspection guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments, dimensional inspection, and visual inspection.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and quality documentation.
• Good observation skills, discipline, and a willingness to learn.

Local Candidate Preference• Candidates residing in Dhrol, Jayva, Jamnagar, and nearby areas are strongly preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in office at our manufacturing facility.
