Are you good with numbers, data analysis, and sales reporting? Sharda Diesels Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Sales MIS Executive to support our sales team with accurate reporting, data management, and performance analysis.

? Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Track sales performance, targets, achievements, and pending orders.
- Maintain sales data, customer records, order status, and sales trackers.
- Develop Excel-based reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyse sales trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to collect and validate data.
- Monitor sales KPIs, outstanding orders, and other relevant sales metrics.




- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for management.

? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in sales reporting.
- Strong command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables , VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Advanced formulas.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large datasets and prepare accurate reports.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI or CRM/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
