Company Description CIVITAS Kashmir is a youth-led initiative based in Kashmir, focused on law, thought, society, and the humanities. It brings together students, researchers, writers, debaters, and emerging professionals interested in areas such as constitutional law, political thought, history, philosophy, sociology, literature, and Kashmir studies. The initiative creates spaces where young people actively engage with ideas through research, discussions, publications, lectures, debates, academic programs, and cultural projects. CIVITAS promotes rigorous reading, independent thinking, informed debate, and meaningful participation in public and intellectual life. Role Description The Head of Social Media is a role that will function as the head of the social media department. This role mainly focuses on handling the Instagram account of CIVITAS Kashmir and also other social platforms. The core function of the role is to direct and lead his/her own team and also make excellent posts for the Instagram account that will bring reach.

Qualifications
• Ability to develop and implement Media Strategy and Social Media Marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, and should be good at making posts for Instagram.
