Role Description The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic clients,



with a focus on delivering value through TransUnion CIBIL’s credit information solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves regular client meetings, understanding key account needs, and aligning solutions to support their business objectives. Daily activities include preparing and executing account plans, monitoring account performance, addressing service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The role also includes identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, supporting contract renewals and negotiations, and providing clients with insights on credit trends and best practices. The Key Account Manager will maintain accurate records of account activity and share regular updates and reports with both clients and internal stakeholders.
