Role Description The Admin & Facility Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Shirur, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and facility operations. This role includes overseeing building and infrastructure maintenance, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring that the workspace is safe, clean,



and compliant with company standards. The Executive will manage office supplies, utilities, and facility-related documentation, while supporting internal teams with logistical and administrative requirements. The role also involves addressing employee and visitor facility-related requests, monitoring service quality, and contributing to a positive, efficient working environment.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM).
• Candidates should possess skills in Building Management and maintaining safe, functional work environments.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, and facility documentation.
• Candidates should have prior experience in administration
