Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Production with solid expertise in Injection Molding to oversee production activities, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead shop-floor teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting injection molding machines, improving OEE, implementing TPM initiatives, and managing a team of production operators to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily production activities during shifts and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and supervise a team of 10+ operators/workers.
• Troubleshoot Injection Molding process and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.




• Optimize production processes to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and On-Time Production (OTP).
• Drive TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure machine availability through preventive maintenance coordination and quick issue resolution.
• Monitor production yield, reduce rejection, and improve process capability.
• Ensure adherence to production plans and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Planning teams.
• Maintain production reports, shift reports, and machine performance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
