Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to join our Residential Solar Projects team in Chennai and Salem. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential rooftop solar sales, lead generation, customer handling, and business development.
Key Responsibilities• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for residential rooftop solar projects.
• Meet homeowners, prospective customers, builders, and channel partners to promote solar solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar systems.
• Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site visits for feasibility assessments.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Explain solar system benefits, technical specifications, and return on investment to customers.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.




• Coordinate with technical and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the residential solar segment.

Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in residential rooftop solar projects.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Valuable understanding of solar PV systems and residential rooftop installations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
