Role: Senior Finance & CFO Advisory Manager
We are looking for a business-oriented finance skilled who can independently manage client engagements, lead a team and work closely with business owners to improve financial performance and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple clients and oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, financial models and profitability analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Manage Tally, Zoho Books,



ERP implementation and finance process automation.
• Handle costing, working capital, GST, TDS, taxation, payroll and statutory compliance coordination.
• Establish SOPs, internal controls and efficient finance processes.
• Lead finance teams, review deliverables and coordinate with clients and senior management.

Required Skills & Experience
• CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, consulting or CFO advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, MIS, taxation and payroll.
• Practical experience in costing, budgeting, financial reporting and working capital management.
• Exposure to ERP implementation, Power BI and team management is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
