About the Role: Prime Sunshine Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports. The role also involves following up with candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and meeting recruitment targets within deadlines.

Requirements:



Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, strong follow-up and coordination abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
