Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT–OT Integration Lead to drive digital manufacturing initiatives for a lithium-ion battery plant,
with strong expertise in MES, industrial automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT–OT integration across manufacturing systems, industrial automation, and enterprise applications.
• Drive MES implementation and integration, preferably with Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso MES.
• Integrate PLCs, SCADA, shop-floor equipment, and IoT platforms with MES and enterprise systems.
• Design and implement interfaces using OPC UA, REST APIs, MQTT, and other industrial communication protocols.
• Drive digital manufacturing, real-time production monitoring, traceability, and data-driven process optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, automation, manufacturing, and external technology partners.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integration architecture across plant operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
