Business & Market Connect

• Build strong working relationships with the Sales team and International Property

Consultants(IPCs) to understand market sentiment, customer requirements and

emerging opportunities.

• Translate market insights into relevant marketing and communication initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify stories, achievements and opportunities

that can strengthen the 315 Work Avenue brand.

Brand Storytelling & Content

• Develop and execute the visual and content narrative for 315 Work Avenue across

platforms.

• Identify new and creative ways of telling the brand story through campaigns, videos,

social media and on-ground activations.

• Stay abreast of trending topics, formats and conversations and translate relevant

trends into meaningful engagement opportunities.

• Conceptualise and create video/content ideas that can be effectively leveraged across

social media and digital platforms.

• Identify opportunities for stronger storytelling across our centres and locations.

Internal Branding & Employer Brand





• Drive internal branding initiatives and help position 315 Work Avenue as a great

place to work and build a career.

• Work closely with internal teams to encourage greater participation and advocacy on

LinkedIn and other social platforms.

• Create initiatives that bring employees, communities and the brand together.

Agency & Vendor Management

• Manage external creative, digital, production and other marketing agencies.
• Identify and onboard relevant new partners based on business requirements.
• Manage vendors, commercials, timelines and deliverables while ensuring quality and

cost efficiency.

• Lead negotiations and ensure effective utilisation of marketing spends.

On-ground Brand & Centre Marketing

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to identify recent branding, communication

and customer engagement opportunities.

• Explore creative ways to use our physical spaces and centres as brand touchpo
