We're looking for Operations Associates

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard operational tasks for an account or a group of small accounts with appropriate oversight.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Staffing, Collections, Invoicing, and Client Finance.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates in key reports and systems.
• Identify operational or financial challenges, collaborate on resolutions, and escalate issues promptly when required.
• Coordinate and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for assigned accounts.
• Provide ad hoc reports and data as needed.
• Update the Operations Dashboard and facilitate reviews for assigned clients and Client Partners.
• Create and maintain trackers and support occasional ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Perform basic Excel tasks using formulas and straightforward logical functions, with appropriate oversight.
• Coordinate with project leadership and internal teams such as Finance, Staffing, Billing, and Collections
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with delivery teams and,



where applicable, client operations teams.
• Engage stakeholders clearly and ensure shared understanding to support effective decision-making
• Understand how collections, contracts, invoicing, and revenue tracking affect the wider business.
• Identify associated risks and proactively escalate them to the Track Lead or Manager.
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on changing business needs

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working is essential; hands-on experience with AI agents will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, structured problem-solving, creative thinking, learning agility, multitasking, stakeholder coordination, and clear communication
• Comfort with AI-enabled ways of working; practical experience with AI agents is an advantage
