Role Description This full time hybrid Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on leading end-to-end recruitment efforts for a variety of client organizations. The specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding hiring managers through selection and offer processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, advising clients on hiring strategies, and using data and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes. Collaboration with internal HR teams and clients to refine processes and uphold compliance and fairness in hiring is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Volume and mass Recruitment and Recruiting across diverse roles and levels.
• Should be able to close 10-12 profiles in a month
• Experience with Hiring processes, including offer management, selection decisions, and stakeholder coordination.
