Are you an HR professional who can drive people management, streamline administrative operations, and build a culture of accountability and excellence? We’re looking for an experienced *HR & Admin Manager* to join *Educational Pioneers Australia (EPA Global)* and strengthen our growing team.

At EPA Global, we believe that strong people practices and efficient operations are the foundation of sustainable growth. We’re seeking a proactive professional who can take ownership of HR functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day administration across our operations.

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.




- Manage office administration, company assets, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor employee performance, support management initiatives, and improve internal processes.
- Coordinate with branch teams and senior management to ensure consistent HR practices.

? What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in HR management and administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, detail-oriented qualified with strong leadership and coordination skills.
