About Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, sharp, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder & CEO at Globeia. This role is for someone who can connect strategy with execution, leverage technology to solve business problems, and drive outcomes across multiple teams. What You’ll Do:
• Strategic Execution:



Work closely with the Founder & CEO to translate business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Tech, Product and Operations teams to drive execution and accountability.
• Tech-Driven Solutions: Leverage your technical knowledge to identify automation opportunities, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Project & Program Management: Own critical projects, track milestones, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Business & Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Founder’s Office Support: Drive high-priority initiatives, prepare strategic updates, and ensure key business goals stay on track.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in technology, product, program management, consulting, or business operations.
