Key Responsibilities:
• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Build robust relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Arrange property visits and assist clients throughout the buying process.
• Negotiate with clients and support successful deal closures.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and available properties.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• A target-driven attitude and interest in real estate sales.
