Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business clients/merchants, generating leads independently, explaining the company’s advertising program, building business relationships, and successfully onboarding eligible merchants. This role is suitable for freshers who are confident, willing to learn, comfortable with sales and business development activities, and motivated by performance-based incentives. The position involves lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, merchant meetings, onboarding coordination, and achieving assigned business development targets.

Key Responsibilities • Generate leads independently through market research,



cold calling, references, networking, and other business development activities. • Identify and approach potential merchants and business owners. • Explain APNA SCREEN NETWORK’s Static LED Panel Advertising Program to prospective merchants. • Communicate product details, advantages, pricing, and company-approved terms clearly. • Schedule meetings and follow up with interested merchants. • Handle basic client queries and objections professionally. • Convert qualified leads into successful merchant onboardings. • Collect required documents, agreements, and location details from merchants. 1 • Coordinate with the installation and operations teams for successful onboarding. • Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, onboarding, and payment records in the CRM/App. • Submit regular activity and performance reports to the reporting manager. • Achieve assigned monthly business development and onboarding targ
