We're Hiring Talent Sourcing & Operations Assistant

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to assist with talent sourcing, LinkedIn research, and day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, communicating with people, organizing information, and finding practical solutions to problems. You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and learning new tools and processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities• Talent Sourcing: Search LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to identify suitable professionals based on specific skills, experience, and requirements.
• Candidate Research: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates, including their profiles, skills, and relevant details.
• LinkedIn Outreach: Assist with professional communication, connection requests, follow-ups, and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.




• Research & Information Gathering: Conduct online research, collect relevant information, and organize findings in spreadsheets or other tools.
• Daily Operations: Assist with routine administrative tasks, task tracking, scheduling, follow-ups, and organizing day-to-day work.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges, research possible solutions, and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions at every step.
• Process Improvement: Suggest ways to make recurring tasks more efficient and improve overall productivity.

Skills & Qualifications• Good English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional research and networking.
• Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Google Sheets, MS Excel, and email.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented minds
