Job Description & Responsibilities

• Conduct Microbiological Analysis: Perform analysis of samples according to assigned tasks and approved methods within the given turnaround time (TAT).
• Resource Management: Ensure the availability of necessary resources such as media, chemicals, and equipment, and maintain inventory records.
• Documentation and Data Review: Maintain accurate records, timely update documents, review raw data, and assist in validating final test reports.
• SOP and Method Development: Assist in the preparation, updating, and implementation of SOPs, standards, and relevant testing methods.
• Laboratory Maintenance: Follow 5S principles to maintain lab hygiene, cleanliness, and order to prevent contamination.
• Training and Guidance: Support junior and trainee analysts by providing guidance and training, and supervising their work.
• Equipment and Sample Handling: Conduct equipment checks, handle troubleshooting, and manage sample storage, retention, and proper disposal

Qualification: BSc/MSc in in Microbliology

Experience: 7-8 Years
