Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Marketing & Personal Branding• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase company visibility and brand awareness.
• Create engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, and short-form content.
• Build the company's brand as an authority in SEO, link building, and digital marketing.
• Manage the company page and support founder-led personal branding.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas to improve engagement.
• Support lead generation through organic content and audience engagement.

Instagram Reels & Short-Form Video Content• Plan, script, and create engaging Instagram Reels related to digital marketing, SEO, business growth, and industry trends.
• Develop creative hooks, storytelling formats, and video concepts to increase reach and engagement.
• Coordinate video recording, editing, captions, subtitles, and publishing.
• Repurpose content for Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Track video performance, reach, watch time, and engagement to improve future content.
