About Janak Equipments

Janak Equipments provides modern cleaning solutions, including ride-on sweepers and scrubber dryers, for industrial, commercial and institutional applications.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Pithampur industrial belt to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach factories, manufacturing units, warehouses and industrial facilities in Pithampur and nearby areas.
• Generate B2B leads and connect with factory owners, purchase managers and facility managers.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Promote ride-on sweepers, scrubber dryers and other industrial cleaning equipment.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate with potential clients.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline.




• Develop current business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Pithampur industrial area and its local business network is essential.
• Previous experience in industrial sales, B2B sales or capital equipment sales is preferred.
• Existing contacts with factories and manufacturing companies will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and client meetings.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into sales.
