Role Description The Service Manager – Mutual Fund will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client servicing for mutual fund investors, ensuring timely responses, accurate transaction processing, and high-quality support. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, coordinating with fund houses and internal teams, monitoring client portfolios,



and ensuring that documentation and compliance requirements are met. The role involves preparing service reports, tracking service metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance client experience. This is a full time, in office role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with sales and operations teams to deliver seamless service.

Job Requirements:
• Must have knowledge of NSE and BSE.
• Experience with CDSL/NSDL, CAMS, and KFintech (formerly Karvy) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mutual fund operations, transactions, KYC, documentation, and client servicing.
• Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
• Immediate joiners and candidates residing near Rohini–Rithala are preferred.
