We are looking for a proactive and strategic Social Media Manager who can take ownership of brand growth, lead campaign planning, develop effective social media strategies and manage a team of creative professionals to deliver impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth
• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audiences and business goals.




• Build monthly and quarterly content plans that balance brand storytelling, engagement, reach and conversions.
• Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, competitor analysis, platform trends and performance data.
• Develop strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, brand awareness and community growth.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity and communication across all platforms.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns for brand launches, seasonal occasions, festivals, product promotions and key business initiatives.
• Develop campaign concepts, communication pillars, creative briefs and execution plans.
• Collaborate with design, video, copy and performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and creatively solid.
• Translate brand and business objectives into compelling digital-first campaigns.
