Global Procurement Manager - IT Procurement and Services
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement global procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships to optimize the procurement process.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
• Analyze and assess supplier capabilities, risks, and market trends to make informed procurement decisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)



to measure and report on procurement performance.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in IT procurement and warehouse services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work setting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in global procurement, specifically in IT procurement.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, ethical practices, and industry trends.
• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools.
