Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive with experience in procurement, new vendor development, and vendor management to ensure the timely availability of materials for production and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:




• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes. Support the service team with procurement-related requirements and visit manufacturing units as needed to coordinate with factory teams.
• New Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop current vendors based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and business requirements.
• Identifying Material Shortages: Monitor inventory for potential shortages, coordinate with internal teams to meet material requirements, and expedite orders when required.
• Sending Enquiries and Obtaining Rates: Prepare and send enquiries to vendors, obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
• Purchase Order Management: Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders, maintain purchase records, and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
