Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Retail Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products in footwear, apparel, and fashion accessories. Responsibilities include maintaining store displays, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, managing basic inventory tasks, and supporting cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. The role involves processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and contributing to a positive customer experience through friendly and efficient service. The Retail Associate will also support in-store promotions, follow company policies, and work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional training in retail or sales is a plus.
